I started Rainbow Services in 2005 after many years of being a nurse. I am passionate about ensuring that we provide a great service that enables clients to remain in their own home.
I worked as an Aircraft Inspector until 1989 when I changed career and became a Publican for 20 years. Since 2006 I have assisted Alice in managing Rainbow Services.
I joined the family business in April 2012. This was after 20 years in various national roles within the hospitality industry. Every day at Rainbow is different. Working with a great team ensures people maintain their independence for as long as possible.
Customer Service Manager/Supervision Manager
I trained as a chef and prepared the food for Rainbow Opportunity Centre until 2 years ago when I took over management of the family beauty salon. I am rejoining Rainbow Services in a new role which I am looking forward to.
Children's Services Operations Manager
I joined Rainbow Services in April 2015, as they ventured into children's services. I have managed nurseries and residential educational establishments over the last 23 years and am looking forward to developing care at home services for children with Rainbow Services.
Complaints and Compliance Manager
I started in 2008 as a Homecarer, progressing to a Senior Homecarer and I am presently the Complaints and Compliance Manager.
I started with Rainbow Services in 2010 as a part-time wages and account clerk, progressing to Finance Manager.
Senior Regional Manager for South & East Ayrshire, East Dunbartonshire and Falkirk
I joined Rainbow in 2008, and through training and professional development I have progressed from Homecarer to Care Coordinator, and finally to my present role of Operations Manger for South Ayrshire. It is a privilege to work with such a motivated and passionate team.
Operations Manager Falkirk
I joined Rainbow Care Services in October 2016 after completing my SVQ 4 in Social Services and Healthcare. I am a qualified SVQ assessor and Verifier and previously managed a Housing Support Team. I am enjoying managing a team who strive to deliver a quality service meeting the needs of our clients.
